Dentists often take patient calls without getting paid. When these calls are conducted via the DigiBite app, dentists can seamlessly submit claims and get paid for something they’re already doing.

Additionally, DigiBite will save dentists and patients time. For those visits not needing hands on care,

they can consult with patients virtually through DigiBite. Dentists will save valuable chair time and avoid post-visit room cleaning costs after in-person visits.

Popular use cases include follow up visits, second opinions, introductions, and triage.

Prior to the teledentistry visit, patients will be directed to download the DigiBite app on their mobile device and create an account. Once their dental office books an appointment, they will be able to log into DigiBite at the set time and connect with their Dentist. Following the appointment, a copy of the ADA claim form and a summary of the visit will be available within the app.

Digibite is incredibly intuitive to use, but the Digibite Support Team will be available for dentists and schedulers who need extra help. The initial group of Dentists who use DigiBite will receive individualized help and instructions. Once a dentist has signed up to partner with DigiBite for teledentistry services, they will receive a series of instructional videos and details for each user persona (dentist, office scheduler).

After the 90-day no-cost pilot, $29.95 per month, which means you can recoup the cost with just one claim reimbursement.
